Bhaskar Design Team has ingrained since 1990 in Visakhapatnam with a great idealist and ambitious visionary team lead by Mr. Ar. B. Bhaskara Rao, B.Arch.,RACA.,AIIA.,FIV. Over the past 31 years, BDT'S wide experience spans major institutional and corporate projects , private & public building, commercial spaces, residential spaces, monumental structures in Andhra Pradesh & Orissa.

The Team

We are the team of Young Entrepreneur Architects / Engineers & Interior Designers, introducing as one of the successful organizations. The members are trained in both the technical as well as the practical segments throughout their journey and this leads to perfection in the outputs.
The firm enjoys a reputation for architecture and design solution that are responsive & committed, this is reflected in the firm's creative ability and technical expertise from concept to construction of each project.

Ar. Bhaskara Rao (Chief Architect)

With an extensive experience in the field of architecture and planning, he has done projects in multiple sectors where-in strongly provided his expertise in space optimisation and best user experiential designs to his clients. The foresighted touch in facade designs have always been his key interest, also with his special interest towards education side, established an Architecture School in Visakhapatnam.

Ar. Vishnu Kundan (Project Architect)

With a bachelors from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal and a Master in Urban Design from the CEPT University, Ahmedabad. The second-generation designer, Kundan is known for his charm and tranquil personality which puts clients at ease, creates a fun hands-on creative process. His direct collaboration with his clients allows them to put their own custom ideologies directly on their homes as each space takes on a distinct character reflective of client, context and lifestyle. This young spirit has joined the team to enhance its design capabilities while binding to the firm’s core principles.
